Emma is Director of Care and Rehabilitation in the Irish Prison Service and has been assigned responsibility at Director level for the management of prisoner services (excluding security) including Healthcare, Work/Training, Education, Pastoral Care, Psychology, Sentence Planning, Release Planning and Resettlement.
Emma is a Designated Public Official under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015
