Liam Coen

Liam has responsibility for the Access to Justice, Regulation and Reform Team in the Civil Justice Pillar. This team is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to the Policy function and Department in the development of policy and discussion / resolution of specific policy matters in the Civil Justice area. It is also responsible for drafting, consultation and approvals management of EU/International and applied policies.
