Call for Expressions of Interest for appointments to the Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) Appeal Tribunal

The Minister for Justice is inviting Expressions of Interest from eligible persons for consideration for appointment to one of three positions – one Chairperson and two Ordinary Members – of the TCSP Appeal Tribunal to be established under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Act 2021.
Eligible applicants may apply for either or both positions of Chairperson and Ordinary Member. Applicants must be a practising barrister or solicitor and remain such for the period of appointment and have at least 10 years’ experience in practice post-graduation at the time of application.
Expressions of interest should be submitted by email to TCSPAppeals@justice.ie by 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024
