What it is
You can claim back for medical or technical report fees required by the defence in a case where a certificate for free legal aid has been granted.
How to apply
Part 1 of the below form must be completed by the person who prepared the report. Part 2 must be completed by the Solicitor assigned under the certificate for free legal aid.
