Responsibility at Principal level for management of the Housing, Local Government and Heritage Vote, including (i) advising on policy in the local government sector, (ii) the monitoring of public expenditure in relation to the Housing, and (iii) the monitoring of public expenditure in relation to Water Services. Also responsibility at Principal level for recommending approval of payments from the Central Fund in respect of certain election expenses and the preparation of the Scale of Maximum Charges for elections.
