David O' Sullivan has responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for Sourcing & Professional Practice.
Responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for the Sourcing & Professional Practice Division, which is responsible for establishing central procurement solutions, including Framework Agreements, which incorporate Government’s policy objectives, and are developed to support public service bodies in delivering their services to the public.
In addition, the Division supports Public Service Bodies in the delivery of their strategic procurement competitions. The Division also has responsible for improving professional procurement and commercial standards and capabilities across the public service.
