Responsibility at Principal Officer for public expenditure policy advice, management of the annual Estimates and in-year expenditure management processes. Implementation of the Short Term Budgetary Framework, assessing compliance with EU fiscal rules and the EU Semester framework. Modelling the main expenditure cost drivers and overseeing Estimates reform including the multi-annual expenditure framework.
