John Kinnane is Assistant Secretary in the EU and Public Service Delivery Division and has responsibility for Government Accounting, Internal and EU Audit, EU Coordination and Structural Funds, the Brexit Adjustment Reserve, National Recovery and Resilience Programme and Government Reform.
