Responsibility at Principal level for supporting the Government CIO with the implementation of Connecting Government 2030, in particular the Government as a Platform and Evolving through Innovation streams and the Government Networks service; for supporting key strategic national programmes being undertaken by other bodies; for directing and managing the planning, design and

development of policies, strategies, infrastructures and procurements in relation to technologies and telecommunications and cybersecurity for the public service; and EU-related initiatives.
