Biography

Kevin Meaney

Responsibility at Principal level for the National Investment Office. This includes:

Monitoring Project Ireland 2040 and National Development Plan delivery;
Analysis and secretariat supports for the Project Ireland 2040 Delivery Board;
Ongoing policy and reform of infrastructure guidelines (Public Spending Code), including technical reviews of business cases for major infrastructure projects;
Coordination of portfolio reporting on progress with major infrastructure development;
Analysis and secretariat supports for the Construction Sector Group; and economic analysis on issues related to construction sector capacity and productivity.
