Responsibility at Principal level for Public Service Transformation Delivery.
Sarah Gibney has responsibility at Principal Officer level for Public Service Transformation Delivery. The unit is responsible for implementation of Better Public Services, transformation engagement events and networks and digital and innovation at scale initiatives. The unit is also the National Coordinating Authority for the EU Commission’s Technical Support Instrument which provides external support for policy and service innovation.
