Introduction
The Project Ireland 2040 Delivery Board is a non-statutory board to which provides strategic direction and leadership to the National Development Plan (NDP) and National Planning Framework (NPF) implementation process, including communication of Project Ireland 2040. It is made up of senior representatives of key government departments with responsibilities for policy and for the delivery of infrastructure and five external members. The Board is chaired by the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform.
