Introduction
The Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform has central policy responsibility for the Freedom of Information Act 2014, but general information on FOI, including the FOI Act 2014 is available at on the national FOI website, which is run from this department.
Please note that if another way to access information, especially personal data that may be held by this department, is by making a Subject Access Request.
How to make an FOI request to DPENDR
Your request should be sent by email to foi@per.gov.ie FAO Derek Finnegan (FOI Officer), containing reference to the FOI Act 2014, and giving as much information as possible about the records being sought.
Email is the preferred route of contact between requesters and the department for administration purposes, however requests may also be received in writing to the following address:
