Deirdre Kelly

Deirdre Kelly is the Principal Officer for the Social Inclusion and Communities Unit. Her duties include policy and oversight for a range of measures which support disadvantaged communities including the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP), the Community Enhancement Programme (CEP). Deirdre is responsible for the management of the control of dogs agenda, oversight of the management of burial grounds, and he is also responsible for managing the oversight of POBAL.
