Local Enhancement Programme

The Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) provides capital supports essential for many small community groups and organisations, particularly those who serve disadvantaged areas.
In 2024 the LEP replaced the Community Enhancement Programme which was first launched in 2018 and provided capital funding to assist thousands of community groups across the country.
