The Department’s Statement of Strategy includes a commitment to develop a national policy on philanthropy. As a first step in this process, Indecon Economic Consultants were commissioned by DRCD, following a competitive procurement process, to produce an independent report on the landscape of philanthropic giving in Ireland.
