Aisling Campbell

Aisling Campbell is Head of HR for Accenture in Ireland.

A leading global professional services company, Accenture helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organisations build their digital core, optimise their operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance citizen services. Accenture has been operating in Ireland for over 50 years and has offices in Dublin and Cork.

Aisling joined Accenture in 2015 and has held a number of key leadership roles since then, including HR Manager for Accenture’s global R&D and innovation centre, The Dock, and HR Lead for Accenture’s Operations business. In her current role as Head of HR, Aisling oversees all aspects of the company’s People and Talent Strategy in Ireland. She holds a degree in psychology from Queen's University Belfast and a MSc in occupational psychology from the University of Leicester. She is a qualified executive coach with particular interest in neuroscience. She is also a member of the Worker and Employer Advisory Council (WEAC) with Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC).
