Fiona Penollar is Assistant Secretary General with responsibility for the efficient operation of all Regions.
Fiona Penollar was appointed as Assistant Secretary in the Department of Social Protection in October 2020. Prior to taking up this role Fiona served as Director of the Irish Passport Service. Fiona has also held a number of other senior roles in the Department of Foreign Affairs both at home and abroad.
