Niall Egan

Niall Egan is the Assistant Secretary General with responsibility for leading the finance function in the department.

He also has responsibility for leading the Department’s Legislation and Corporate Services (including strategic planning and risk management) teams, Labour Market Policy, Business Intelligence and the Department’s Communication Unit.

Niall has previously held a number of positions in the department in policy and corporate affairs. He has worked in a number of different government departments.
