Driving licence applications

Please note, it is not necessary to have a Public Service Card to apply for a driving licence. For driving licence applications, please visit the National Driver Licence Service website.

The areas that this office provides services for are: All of Dublin 17, Artane/Coolock/Donnycarney/Kilmore area of Dublin 5, Beaumont, parts of Dublin 9 including Santry to the east of the Swords Road and Dublin 9 east of Grace Park Road, Aulden Grange, Coolock Lane, Knightswood, Larchill, Lorcan Estate, Magenta Hall, Magenta Crescent, Oak Park Estate, Royal Oak Estate, Santry Close, Santry Villas, Shanboley Road, Shanglas Road, Shanrath Road, Shantalla Drive/ Road/Park, Shanvarna Road, Woodlawn Estate. Swords Road, all houses on the right hand side between Santry flyover and Airways Industrial Estate

All Dublin 13, Howth, Portmarnock, all of the area bounded to South of Chapel Road (Kinsealy Church) to the East of the R124 as far as Blackwood Lane). From Howth Road (Mastercare Junction of Collins Ave East), Abbeyfield, Furry Park Road, Kilbride Road, (Killester Avenue 1 to 145 only) Killester Park, La Vista Avenue, Middle Third, Rosemount, St Brigids Drive, The Bramlings, The Demesne, The Mews, The Orchard, The Pines, Venetian Hall and Brookwood.
