Public Service Card (PSC) appointments

Walk-in service only. No appointment necessary.

When attending the centre, you must have the correct documents with you. Please read the information on which documents you need to bring.

Walk-in Opening Hours

  • Mon - Wed: 9.15am - 5pm
  • Thur: 10.30am - 5pm
  • Fri: 9.15am - 4.30pm

Please note all of the following documents are required when you are applying for a Public Service Card:

  • Proof of ID: Passport / Irish Driving Licence.
  • Proof of Address: Utility Bill / Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months.
  • Birth Certificate: Long Form Birth Certificate (if born in Ireland).

Note: If you are applying for a PSC for a child under 18 years a parent or legal guardian must attend with the child.

It is very important to ensure that you bring all of the above documentation with you on the day as failure to bring any of the above will result in you not being able to complete your application and you will have to return another day.

Driving licence applications

Please note, it is not necessary to have a Public Service Card to apply for a driving licence. For driving licence applications, please visit the National Driver Licence Service website.
