Gender Pay Gap Report 2024 Department of Social Protection

The Department of Social Protection’s mission is to promote active participation and inclusion in society through the provision of income supports, employment services and other services. To achieve this, the Department recognises that it is crucial to have a diverse, agile, and inclusive workforce which reflects Irish Society today.

The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations with over 150 employees to report on their Gender Pay Gap.

This report is based on a snapshot at the end of June 2024 and a reporting period June 2023 to June 2024. This is the third Gender Pay Gap Report published by Department of Social Protection.
