Assistant Secretary General with responsibility for Regional Operations.
Regional Operations covers the delivery, through the Intreo Centre network of offices, Branch Offices and via a dedicated contact centre, of front-line person to person services. It also covers all jobseeker income support payments. The provision of community welfare services is another key pillar of Regional Operations.
