How to Access MyWelfare
You will need a MyGovID account to access MyWelfare services. The full range of MyWelfare services requires a verified account.
Steps to Create a MyGovID Account:
1. Go to MyGovID.ie
2. Select "Get a Basic Account Now"
3. Enter your details and click "Create Account"
4. Verify your account
If your phone number is not verified, you will be given options to complete this step, such as calling MyGovID support, requesting a code by post, or receiving a text if you have a driver’s licence issued by the National Driver’s Licence Service (NDLS).
