Brendan Devlin

Brendan Devlin is the Head of the Major Projects Delivery Unit (MPDU) and Head of the Strategic Implementation Unit (SIU) in the Department.

He is responsible for a number of key corporate functions including the Department's annual Business Planning, development and implementation of DECC's Statement of Strategy, Key Strategic Action Reporting and Annual Report. He also has responsibility for the development of the central governance structure in the planning, evaluation and delivery of the Department’s portfolio of capital investments.
