Seán Kinsella is the Principal Officer leading the Renewable Heat Delivery Division in the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications. He is responsible for the implementation of the National Biomethane Strategy, the development of the Renewable Heat Obligation Scheme (RHO), District Heating project development, and the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat (SSRH).
