Consultation on the Draft RESS Terms and Conditions

The Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment is committed to engaging with stakeholders in a clear, open and transparent manner.

Any person or organisation is invited to make a submission in relation to this consultation. All submissions and feedback will be considered before the final version of the Terms and Conditions on the RESS-1 scheme are published.

The aim of the targeted consultation is to receive stakeholder feedback on aspects of the Terms and Conditions which may impede on the efficient and economical delivery of renewable electricity projects under RESS-1.

Please ensure that your submission includes the following fields:

• entity or individual details, address and email address
• section of the terms and conditions which the issue or comment relates to
• a suggestion on what amendments should be made to the section with an emphasis on improving project deliverability

By responding to the consultation, respondents consent to their name being published online with the submission. Confidential or commercially sensitive information should be clearly identified in your submission.
