Corporate Affairs and Strategic Development Section

The objectives of the Corporate Affairs and Strategic Development Section are:

• implementing a restructuring and reform package aimed at strengthening the department’s strategic planning and delivery capability
• key corporate functions including Human Resources (HR), Finance/Estimates, Information and Communications Technology
• corporate governance of, and shareholder responsibility for, large commercial bodies operating under the aegis of the department as well as non-commercial agencies and regulators
• management of in-house professional services incorporating legal, accounting, economic and project management services
• management of the Eircodes project
