The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on the process that the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications will apply to assess the financial capability of Applicants for certain petroleum Authorisations in the context of:
- The Licensing Terms for Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration, Development and Production 1992 and 2007
- The Petroleum and Other Minerals Development Act, 1960
