The Resilience Directorate of the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) is focused on enhancing the overall resilience and capacity of Ireland's critical information systems. It does so through:
1. Building strong relationships and sharing information with citizens and stakeholders
2. Providing strategic analysis, advice, guidance and risk assessment
3. Developing the Ireland's cyber security skills, research, and indigenous industry
4. Developing cyber security certification schemes
5. Overseeing the security of essential and important entities in the public and private sector
