Principal Officer, Digital Connectivity Office, Commercial and Finance

The Principal Officer with responsibility for financial and commercial aspects of the National Broadband Plan and the wider Digital Connectivity Office. This includes ensuring that there is sufficient capital vote funding available, managing and administering subsidy payments in line with the contract and the Public Spending Code, validation and verification of National Broadband Ireland's expenditure and risk share claims (Contract Assumptions) through the appropriate financial control environment, actively re-forecasting to provide continuous transparency into the overall programme delivery cost.
