Principal Officer, Major Projects Delivery Unit and Strategic Implementation Unit

The Principal Officer, Major Projects Delivery Unit (MPDU) and Head of the Strategic Implementation Unit (SIU) in the Department is responsible for a number of key corporate functions including the Department’s annual Business Planning, development & implementation of DECC's Statement of Strategy, Key Strategic Action Reporting and Annual Report. The role also has responsibility for the development of the central governance structure in the planning, evaluation & delivery of the Department’s portfolio of capital investments.
