Principal Officer, Offshore Environment and Future Development Division

The Offshore, Environment and Future Development team supports the work of the Minister of the Environment and Climate, and Government in ensuring the delivery of Ireland's long-term offshore renewable energy (ORE) targets. Some of the key workstreams involve: developing an innovative technology policy for floating wind and wave energy, developing an overarching ORE data policy and governance statement to support decision making and planning, and developing a regulatory framework for offshore health and safety.
