The Principal Officer Organisational Design Division is responsible for the leadership of all aspects of organisational design in the Department.
They are responsible for a number of key corporate functions including the development and implementation of strategies, plans and policies to enhance organisational effectiveness in the achievement of the department’s strategic objectives.
