If you need to make an environmental complaint, there are a few ways of doing so.
Contact the person or business directly
In many cases, it is possible to resolve an environmental problem by contacting the person or business that you think is causing the problem directly.
Contact the local authority
If contacting the person or business has not resolved the issue, you can contact your local authority.

Contact the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
If you’ve been dealing with an EPA licensed site and the problem has not been resolved then you should contact the EPA. For a full list of sites or activities licenced by the EPA, please use the licence search function.
