Bioeconomy policy statement published

In July 2017, a discussion document on the bioeconomy in Ireland was published on the website of the Department of the Taoiseach for public consultation.

This consultation was intended to provide an opportunity for input into the creation of a national policy statement on the bioeconomy.

The discussion document examined the issues to be addressed in the preparation of a national policy statement.

Interested parties were invited to contribute to the discussion and submissions to this consultation informed the development of the final national policy statement.
