The outputs of this phase will depend on what is included in the implementation plan. Depending on the policy, typical outputs of this phase could include:

• legislative changes, if required
• new business or customer processes
• public information or promotion campaigns
• new units or agencies, staffing, and organisation or system resources
• additional responsibilities for existing units or agencies, and
• a process of governance and feedback to evaluate progress, manage risks, and inform future policy
