Donal Crowley

Responsible at Principal Officer level for the leadership of the Human Resources function of the Department with a focus on workforce planning and resourcing, learning and development and employee engagement. Provides support to managers and employees at each stage of the employee life cycle. Implements programme for change as outlined in the Civil Service Renewal Plan and supports the delivery of employee wellbeing programmes.

Also responsible for supporting Ministerial appointments to State Boards and CEO’s and Director appointments to bodies under the aegis of the Department.
