Service Level Agreements

It is departmental policy that all grantees awarded Arts capital funding from the department enter into a Service Level Agreement with the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. This Service Level Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the funding. It describes the amount of funding being provided to the organisation and details what the funding is for. It sets out what is required from the grantee before funding is provided and covers areas such as Public Procurement procedures, legal matters, governance and monitoring and any other specific conditions relevant to the organisation in question.
