Clare Finnegan has been assigned responsibility at Principal Officer level to manage the Public Transport Regulation Division. The responsibilities under Public Tranport Investment are railway investment programmes, National Transport Authority (NTA) and Córas Iompair Éireann (CIE) monitoring and investment programmes; and the management of north/south issues.
