Keith Walsh is the Assistant Secretary with responsibility for Road Transport Services. Keith previously worked in a number of senior management roles in the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, as head of strategy, corporate reporting, statistics and economic research. He holds a Masters and PhD in economics.
