Niall Cassidy

Niall Cassidy has been given responsibility at Principal Officer level for the Strategic Research and Analysis division. The high level function of the Strategic Research and Analysis Division is to provide a strategic analytical and research resource to support the Department, its divisions and Agencies, with the aim of ensuring policy and programme development, monitoring, and evaluation is evidence based and objectives led.
