Reform Communications and Emergency Planning Division has responsibility for the following:
- communications including Press Office and Customer Service
- emergency planning in the Transport sector
- general co-ordination and legislative liaison
- public service innovation and reform agenda
- MB secretariat and private office oversight including Protected Disclosures
- implementation of the OCR action plan
