The Department of Transport are seeking to appoint an Engineering Officer Grade 1 in the Irish Coast Guard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished government department.

The Irish Coast Guard is one of the State’s Principal Emergency Services along with An Garda Síochána, the Fire Service and Ambulance Service and as the State’s fourth “blue light” emergency service, delivers Ireland’s obligations under international convention, EU Directive and Statute to provide maritime search and rescue, maritime casualty, and pollution response services.
