Assistant Secretary Road Transport Services and Digital Hub

The responsibility of the Road Transport Services and Digital Hub areas include: developing and implementing road policies; road transport operating licencing and haulage strategy; promoting and advancing safety on the roads; corporate governance of the Road Safety Authority and the Medical Bureau of Road Safety; and the management of the national driver and vehicle databases and related services. The Assistant Secretary for Road Transport Services is also responsible for the Department's Strategic Research, Analysis and Data Analytics functions.
