• Provision of IT services to staff including Managed Desktop, Service Desk, laptops/phones, printing, and meeting room Audio Visual kit
• Deliver new digital platforms and capabilities to drive efficiencies and support staff in delivery of their objectives
• Oversee Technology Operations in Dublin and Shannon
• Overseeing the build and maintenance of all technical infrastructure.
