MessagingIE – a new way to receive your government nessages

Over the coming months, the Digital Postbox will move to a new easy to use service called MessagingIE.

MessagingIE will continue to give you the same safe and secure access to your government messages.

I have a Digital Postbox account. Do I need to do anything?

No, you don’t need to do anything. Your account and all your messages will move to MessagingIE automatically.

You’ll always receive a notification email to tell you that you’ve received a secure message. Just follow the link as usual to access your messages.

You’ll still log in the same way, using the same details. You’ll continue to receive messages from the same public services you’re already subscribed to.

There will be no interruption to your service.

What will be different?

MessagingIE is a newer, simpler, more modern service. You might notice it looks a little different from the Digital Postbox.

It will have a new gov.ie look, with a clear dashboard to help you access your messages.
