Summary

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 85 and 86 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended that Dublin City Council has reviewed the existing Scheme of Special Planning Control for Grafton Street and Environs, which was approved in July 2013. A number of changes to the original scheme are recommended and these have been incorporated into a Draft Scheme of Special Planning Control for Grafton Street and Environs 2019. The physical area covered by the Draft Scheme is identical to the Grafton Street and Environs Architectural Conservation Area, extending from College Green to and including part of St Stephen’s Green North and South King Street. The exact boundaries of the Area of Special Planning Control are shown in the Draft Scheme of Special Planning Control for Grafton Street and Environs 2019 and on the map accompanying the public display.

Submissions or observations in relation to the Scheme should be made in writing, to reach Avril Feeney, Administrative Officer, Scheme of Special Planning Control for Grafton Street and Environs, Dublin City Council, Planning and Property Development Department, Block 4, Floor 3, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 before 4.30 p.m. on 22 August 2019.Submissions or observations may also be made online below before midnight on 22 August 2019.
