If you are exporting military goods you can fill in the Licence Application form titled: Export 3 below. From Export 3a should be completed in conjunction with the Export 3 form if the goods will be exported to more than one consignee before reaching the end-user or, if the goods originated in more than one country.

Export 3a: Military Application Form Extra Consignees

This form should only be completed in conjunction with 'Export 3: Export of Military Goods' Form if the goods will be exported to more than one consignee before reaching the end-user or if the goods originated in more than one country.
