Export 1: Export of Dual-Use Goods - Individual Licence Application Form
Fill in this form if you need to export dual-use goods (items, software or technology) within the EU.
Export 1a: Export of Dual-Use Goods - Additional Consignee Form
This form should only be completed in conjunction with Export 1 (Export of Dual-Use Goods) Form when the goods will be exported to more than one consignee before reaching the end-user.
Export 1b: Export of Dual-Use Goods - Multiple Countries Form
This form should only be completed in conjunction with one of the following forms when more than one type of good will be exported: Export 1 (Export of Dual-Use Goods – Individual Licence Application) Form OR Export 2 (Export of Dual-Use Goods – Global Licence Application) Form.
Export 1c: Export of Dual-Use Goods – Additional Goods Form
This form should only be completed in conjunction with one of the following forms when more than one type of good will be exported: Export 1 (Export of Dual-Use Goods – Individual Licence Application) Form OR Export 2 (Export of Dual-Use Goods – Global Licence Application) Form.
